What we collect

Your name and email, the incarcerated person's name, ID number, state and facility, your plan, and a record of messages handled for usage counts.

How we use it

To create your account, connect the assistant to your loved one's facility messaging, track the monthly message allowance, and process payments.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service, such as with the payment processor and the facility messaging provider, or when the law requires it.
