The service

Reform Assistant lets families pay for an AI assistant that answers messages from an incarcerated loved one through the facility's tablet messaging service.

Not legal advice

The assistant provides research and plain-language explanations only. It is not a lawyer and does not give legal advice.

Plans and billing

Plans include a monthly message allowance. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and facility taxes and fees may apply. You can cancel any time from your console.

Acceptable use

The service must follow facility rules and applicable law. We may suspend access if it is misused.
